Every member starts with at least a six week or six visit  probationary period, during which time you will be involved in patient visiting and learning how the organisation works.  You'll attend on a regular evening and become part of a small team helping to put together that evening's programme.  You'll get the opportunity to see all facets of the station's work and the training you need to take part in whatever aspects interest you.
